How do to change the resolution for copying and scanning

Princh offers the option of adjusting the resolution for copying and scanning directly from the Princh Administration Panel

Modifying the resolution for copying and scanning on your printer can greatly improve the quality of your documents. With the Princh Administration Panel, this task is made easy and efficient.

Admin rights to the Princh Administration Panel are necessary to modify the resolution settings for copying and scanning. If you want to provide a member of your team administrative rights, please refer to our article on how to create an admin account.

How do to change the resolution for copying and scanning:

Open the Princh Administration Panel.
Go to the 'Locations & Printers' menu.
Locate the printer you wish to modify and select the blue edit button located on the right side of the printer.
In the pop-up window, scroll down to the 'Resolution' section.
Here you have the option to adjust the resolution for both copying and scanning to email.
1. The change will take effect immediately after adjusting the resolution.
