Print Server Requirements for For BYOD & Public PC
- Internet connection to printer server with a bandwidth of at least 10 Mbit recommended to ensure good performance.
- Wired network connection to printer server and printers highly recommended.
- There can be no peripheral devices such as USB print servers between the server and the printer.
- For driverless printing (optimal performance):
- Firewall must allow connections from printer server to relevant printers on TCP port 631 (IPP/IPPS).
- For printing on Windows Legacy Print Queue:
- Firewall must allow connections from printer server to relevant printers on the ports specified in the Windows/Linux printer queues associated with the printers.
- Firewall must allow outbound connections on TCP port 443 (https) from printer server to:
- The Princh Cloud endpoints (*.princh.com) all reside on the following IP addresses, depending on availability zone. Please ensure that the printer can reach these on port 443 outbound:
- 79.125.23.162
- 54.73.120.188

Print Server Requirements for Copy & Scan solution
- Internet connection to printer server with a bandwidth of at least 50 Mbit recommended to ensure good performance.
- Wired network connection to printer server and MFPs highly recommended.
- Besides the port used for printing, the firewall must allow http or https connections from the printer server to relevant MFPs via the eSCL TCP port. The port number depends on the MFP brand – this list shows the ports for major MFP brands:
