      Printer Server Requirements

      The following Print Server Requirements must be met in order to successfully implement and use Princh the solution.

      Depending on which Princh Solution your organization is deploying, there are slightly different, but equally important Printer Server Requirements, which must be met for the Princh service to run. See the Printer Server Requirements below or download our full Technical Requirements for more information on the Princh solution.

      Print Server Requirements for For BYOD & Public PC

      • Operating system: Windows OS (Windows 10 / Windows Server 2012 R2 or later, provided that all available security patches have been applied) or Debian based Linux.
      • 2 GHz or more.
      • 8 GB RAM or more.
      • 50 GB available disk space.

      Print Server Requirements for Copy & Scan solution

      If you are extending an existing Princh solution, Princh Copy and Scan is delivered via the Princh Cloud Connector, which already is installed on your printer server. Please note below that the memory requirements are higher than just for printing:

      • Operating system: Windows OS (Windows 10 / Windows Server 2012 or later) or Debian based Linux.
      • 2 GHz or more.
      • 8 GB RAM or more (16 GB recommended).
      • 50 GB available disk space.
      • Princh Cloud Connector installed and operating.
