Printing from public PC's using Princh is easy and straightforward for users, as it uses the native and well known printing flow from the public PC's before prompting the Princh printing window. Print from a laptop using the Princh Web Application
- To print from a Public PC, users must open the file or webpage they want to print.
- Once opened, press CTRL+P or select "Print..." from the menu to open the native print dialog on the public PC.
- Select the Princh Printer you wish to submit your print job to.
- Any settings in the native Windows Print Dialog can be ignored. Print settings will be chosen in the Princh Printing window at the next step.
- Once the correct Princh printer has been selected, click "Print" to proceed. This will cause the Princh Printing window to prompt.
- Upload the files you wish to print and, if needed, adjust the print settings for each file by clicking the blue gear icon.
- You can also preview your print job to ensure everything looks correct before proceeding.
- After uploading and making your settings selections, click the checkbox to accept Terms and Conditions. You can read the Terms and Conditions by clicking the blue hyperlink.
- Click “Continue” to proceed to payment.
- Select your preferred payment method, and enter the payment information as applicable. For more information about the available payment methods, please refer to THIS ARTICLE.
- After payment, you will be navigated to a confirmation screen, allowing you to track the real-time status of the printing process.
Grouping multiple documents in the same print order on Public PCs:
- Open the first selected document, press CTRL+P to print, and proceed to the Princh printing window.
- Minimize the Princh printing window after the first document has been uploaded.
- Simply follow the first step again for the second selected document and it will automatically be added to the existing print order.
