Tablet is frozen on a blue screen

If your Princh Cloud Console app displays a blue screen with no button- or login options, it is likely due to an outdated version of the Android System WebView.

Error:

Although encountering the blue issue is not common, we have found that it is primarily triggered by using an outdated version of the the Android System WebView. Updating the client will inBlue screen many cases resolve the issue.

Solution:

  1. On your tablet, open up the the Google Play Store application.
  2. Search for "Android System WebView".
  3. Click the "Update" button.
  4. Once the update is complete, simply restart your tablet and reopen the Princh Cloud Console application.
