How to submit a test print

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to submit a test print to verify printing functionality

  1. Log in to the Princh Administration Panel as an administrator and navigate to the "Connectors" tab located in the menu to the left.
  2. Click "Edit" to the right of the printer you wish to submit a test print to. A new window will open.
  3. In the top right corner of this window, click "Print Test Document". A new window will open.
  4. Now you can adjust your test document so it meets the criteria of your test.
    1. Paper format
    2. Color mode
    3. Duplex mode
  5. In the lower left corner, click "Submit test document".
  6. The test print document has now been submitted, and in the new status window, you can follow the progress of your test print document.

The test print document is designed by Princh and will contain valuable information about the printer connection and how the test print document was configured. In the document, you will also find a color palette and a ruler with measurements in centimeters and inches.

The test print document will not be included in the dashboard or history of printing activity.
