Document file size is to large for printing, what should I do?

It's very uncommon that documents are to large for printing, if it is not a professional print job.

Error:

Princh can handle files up to at least 100 MB. If the size of your file exceeds 100 MB, we suggest trying one of the two solutions provided below.

Solution:

  1. Reduce the size of the file by compressing it, which will make it smaller and more manageable for the printer to process.
    1. Attempt to print the compressed version.
  2. Print the document in two sessions. When selecting the settings for your print, Princh has the option to print certain pages of a document. For example, if you have a document that consists of 60 pages and it's above 100 MB in size, you can print the first 30 pages (pages 1-30) in one session and then print the remaining 30 pages (pages 31-60) in a separate session. This should allow you to efficiently print the entire document without any issues.

If neither of the listed options above work, please reach out to Princh Support.
