Document file size is to large for printing, what should I do?
It's very uncommon that documents are to large for printing, if it is not a professional print job.
Error:
Princh can handle files up to at least 100 MB. If the size of your file exceeds 100 MB, we suggest trying one of the two solutions provided below.
Solution:
- Reduce the size of the file by compressing it, which will make it smaller and more manageable for the printer to process.
- Attempt to print the compressed version.
- Print the document in two sessions. When selecting the settings for your print, Princh has the option to print certain pages of a document. For example, if you have a document that consists of 60 pages and it's above 100 MB in size, you can print the first 30 pages (pages 1-30) in one session and then print the remaining 30 pages (pages 31-60) in a separate session. This should allow you to efficiently print the entire document without any issues.
If neither of the listed options above work, please reach out to Princh Support.
