Part 1: Connecting your tenant to Princh

In this step, you will associate your Microsoft Entra tenant with your Princh account and install the Princh SSO enterprise app on your Microsoft Entra tenant.

  1. Sign in to the Princh admin panel with a user that has been granted the EnterpriseAdmin role. Navigate to the User Accounts page and click Connect tenant in the Single Sign On section.

  2. Upon clicking the button, you are redirected to a Microsoft login page. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, select the appropriate one to use for authorizing the connection between Princh and your Entra ID.

  3. You may need to complete multi-factor authentication to proceed.

  4. Once authenticated, you must approve the request from Princh to
    -  Install the Princh SSO App on your Microsoft Entra Tenant
    -  Grant the Princh SSO App the “Sign in and read user profile” permission

  5. Once the request is accepted, you are redirected back to the Princh Admin Panel, and you will see your Microsoft Entra Tenant listed in the Single Sign On section.
