Part 2: Providing users or groups access to Princh

1. Navigate to https://entra.microsoft.com and sign in with your Entra admin user. You will find the Princh SSO app under the Enterprise Applications section. Click the name of the app to access the section for assigning users and groups.
   
   
   
2. Click Assign users and groups to access the interface for selecting users and setting their roles.
   
   
   
3. Select your users or groups and select a role. Please be aware that only 3 roles are supported by the Princh admin panel:
   
   Admin: This role can access and manage all resources on the Princh account, except from the Single Sign on connection. It is suitable for users who need to be able to make changes to the configuration of the Princh Account.
   
   Staff: This restricted role can only access the Dashboard, History, Printers and Staff Resources section. It is suitable for users who only needs to operate the solution on a daily bases to support users printing via the service.
   
   Staff Restricted: This restricted role is designed for users who need daily access to core operational features of the solution to support printing services. Like the Staff role, it grants access to the Dashboard, History, Printers, and Staff Resources sections. However, Staff Restricted users can only access locations that have been explicitly enabled for them.*
   
   *  The Staff Restricted role requires additional configuration to function as intended. Please refer to part 3 below for instructions on how to restrict staff users to specific locations.
   
   
   
4. After assigning appropriate roles to your users they will be able to sign in to the Princh Admin Panel by clicking the Sign in with Microsoft button on the Princh login page.
