If your print job is printed in black/white, even though you chose to print in color, the following could be possible root causes:
1. If this is happening with all print jobs it could be an issue with the connection between the printer and Princh Cloud Printer. We are usually able to help you fix this quickly, so please contact our support if you experience this.
2. The printer has no more "color-ink" left (cyan, magenta, yellow), and the printer settings allow it to print in black/white instead.
3. If you print on a public PC, and fx. use Chrome, you might have selected the "Black and White" setting, before continuing to select the printer.
