How to resend a print job or document
It's possible to resend a document or print job in four different ways directly from the Princh Administration Panel.
There are many valid reasons as to why a print job or document needs to be resent. Luckily, it's easily accessible from the Princh Administration Panel through both the 'Dashboard'- and 'History' tab. For further details on how to resend print jobs, please refer to the guide below.
Please note that print jobs or documents can be resent within 1 hour of them being registered in the Princh Administration Panel.
When resending a print job or document, you now have additional options:
- Full resend (default). Resends the entiry printjob and all documents included.
- Partial resend of specific pages (one page range).
- Resend multiple copies of the document.
- Resend specific documents within a print job.
These four options are available via the 'Resend' button and can be selected individually or combined as needed.
If a print job fails due to document compatibility issues, you can choose to resend it using the Extended Compatibility.
- Log in to the Princh Administration Panel and select the tab 'Dashboard' or 'History' in the menu to the left.
- Locate the specific print job or document that requires resending.
- Check the box next to the selected print job or document and click 'Resend' in the top right corner.

- When clicking 'Resend', you will have the following options:
- Resend with other settings to select a specific page range and amount of copies (only one range can be set).

- Resend with extended compatibility for flattening and optimizing for better compatibility.
- If 'Extended Compatibility' mode is enabled, the document will be flattened and optimised for compatibility before resending to prevent helping common printing issues. Please note, that this may extend the time to print
