How to export detailed printing data from the Administration Panel
You have the ability to generate a full and detailed export of data from your Princh administration panel, which can provide you with valuable insights about the print history and traffic.
Below is a guide on how to generate the full detailed export of printing data.
For more information about what's included in the export, refer to the list at the bottom of the article.
- Log into your administration panel at admp.princh.com
- In the menu click on "History".
- At the top right corner, you filter for what type of data you want to export.
- Select what date range you want to export.
- When the date range is set, click on the button named "Export data from orders".
- Choose which type of report to export. Select full details.
- Now choose a name for the export.
- Now an Excel sheet will be downloaded with the data.
What's included in the full detailed export?
Princh charges per page, but is still able to track both the number of unique documents uploaded and the total number of orders. The full detailed export will include almost all the information gathered by Princh about the print jobs.
- Date and time: The exact time and date of when the print job was submitted.
- Type: Indicates whether the row relates to the print order or to the individual document.
- Order ID: The unique number used by Princh to identify the printjob.
- Location: Shows which location the print job was printed at.
- Printer ID: Shows the unique Princh printer ID to which the print job was sent.
- Printer name: Shows the public printer name.
- Pages: Shows the number of pages in the document.
- Format: Shows the paper format of the printed document.
- Document price: Shows the value of the printed document.
- Order start price: Shows if the print job has a start-up price.
- Balance: Shows the total price of the print job.
- Payment method: Shows if the payment was done via Princh or at the desk, directly to the staff.
- Payment details: Shows additional details about the payment method.
- Document status: Shows the end status of the document.
- User OS: Shows the name of the operating system used to submit the print job.
- User OS version: Shows the version of the operating system used to submit the print job.
- User shell: Shows the name of the browser or shell used to submit the print job.
- User shell version: Shows the version of the browser or shell used to submit the printjob.
- User app: Shows the name of the app used to submit the print job.
- User app version: Shows the version of the app used to submit the print job.
