How to cancel print jobs

It's possible to cancel payment of print jobs directly from the Princh Administration Panel within a certain time frame.

There are many valid reasons as to why a print job needs to be cancelled. Luckily, this option is easily accessible from the Princh Administration Panel through both the 'Dashboard'- and 'History' tab. For more detailed information on how to cancel print jobs, please refer to the guide below.

Please note that print jobs can be cancelled within the first 72 hours of it being registered in the Princh Administration Panel.


When cancelling a print job, you have the following options:

  • Cancel the entire print job and all attached documents (default).
  • Partial cancellation. Only cancelling specific documents from a print job. The payment will be reduced accordingly.
Some banks may temporarily display the full value of the print job as a pending transaction. However, only the reduced amount will ultimately be charged.
How to cancel a print job or specific documents
  1. Log in to the Princh Administration Panel and select the tab 'Dashboard' or 'History' in the menu to the left.

  2. Locate the specific print job or document that requires cancellation.

  3. Check the box next to the selected print job or document and click 'Cancel payment' in the top right corner.

  4. When clicking 'Cancel payment', you will have different selection boxes. We value feedback, so we require that at least one box be selected. We use this feedback to improve the service. It is also possible to add a unique description.



  5. After a print job or document has been cancelled, the document feedback will be visible in the details of the print job.
