How do I request a Refund for a Print Job

I submitted a printjob that failed or never got printed by the printer at my print location. How do I get a refund?

If your print job isn’t completed successfully using Princh, don't worry - you can request a refund within 70 hours of submitting the job. Here's how:

 

You can request a refund if:

  • Your print job failed to print due to a technical issue.
  • You were charged, but the print job was never printed.
  • You did not release your print job within 24 hours. (Automatically refunded).

Contact the staff on site: Reach out to the staff at the location where you attempted to print. Provide them with details such as the document name, time of submission, or order ID.

Once the payment is canceled, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method.

  • Refund Window: Refunds can be requested within 70 hours of the print job submission.
  • Automatic Refunds: If a print job isn't released within 24 hours, it will be automatically deleted, and the payment will be refunded to your account.
